- Active FMCSA MC and DOT numbers (interstate authority)
- Minimum $100,000 cargo insurance, $1M auto liability
- Clean safety scores (BASIC and SMS where applicable)
- Smartphone with our carrier app for BOL/POD and GPS sharing
- W-9 and signed broker-carrier agreement
