Terms of Service
Last updated: June 24, 2026
These Terms govern your use of shipcargo.ai and any auto transport services arranged by ShipCargo AI ("ShipCargo", "we", "us"). By using the site or booking a shipment, you agree to these Terms.
Our role
ShipCargo AI is a licensed auto transport brokerage (FMCSA MC/DOT on file). We arrange transportation of motor vehicles between you and an FMCSA-authorized motor carrier. We do not own the trucks or directly transport vehicles.
Quotes and bookings
Quotes reflect live carrier capacity at the time of quoting. Your card is not charged until a carrier is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation fees may apply.
Vehicle condition and damage claims
Vehicle condition is documented at pickup and delivery via the Bill of Lading. Any damage claim must be noted on the delivery BOL before signing; claims are filed against the carrier's cargo insurance with our coordination.
Limitation of liability
ShipCargo's liability is limited to the broker fee paid. The motor carrier's cargo insurance is the source of recovery for vehicle damage claims.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be resolved in Harris County, Texas, or via binding arbitration where applicable.
