We collect information you provide when getting a quote or booking — names, contact details, vehicle details, pickup and delivery addresses, and payment information. We also collect basic site analytics (pages viewed, device type, referring site).

How we use information

To quote, dispatch, track, and bill your shipment; to communicate status updates and service notices; to verify carrier eligibility and insurance; and to improve our AI quoting and matching models in aggregate, anonymized form.

Who we share it with

Carriers we dispatch your shipment to (pickup/delivery contact details only), payment processors, insurance verification partners (Highway), and government authorities where legally required. We don't sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your information by emailing privacy@shipcargoai.com. We respond within 30 days.
